Patients
69 women with sacroiliac joint dysfunction syndrome were randomised into three groups and assessed at baseline and on days 28 and 90.
Conclusion
Manual therapy is effective in the long term in this syndrome; adding sacroiliac-specific exercises to manipulation increases its effectiveness further.
